CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AND ADDRESS VERIFICATION MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO SHIPPING ANY ORDER. PLEASE NOTE THAT CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION CAN TAKE UP TO 24-48 HOURS FOR APPROVAL. 

UNDER NORMAL BUSINESS OPERATIONS SHIPPING TAKES APPROXIMATELY 7 DAYS SINCE ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS ARE SHIP READY. IF THERE ARE SPECIFIC OR "SUCH AS" PRE-ORDER ITEMS TURNAROUND TIMES WILL BE LISTED AND UPDATED IN ALL PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS.

SHIPPING CHARGES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON THE FINAL SHIPPING DESTINATION AND ARE APPLIED AT CHECKOUT. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NONREFUNDABLE. PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS THE CUSTOMER PAYS DUTY AND TAX FEES AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.

WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE EXCLUDED FROM PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES, SO PLEASE ACCOUNT FOR NON-BUSINESS DAYS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. YOU SHOULD RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED. 

DOMESTIC SHIPMENT CAN TAKE UP TO 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER THE ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED. WE CURRENTLY SHIP INTERNATIONALLY. THE DELIVERY TIME VARIES BY THE FINAL SHIPPING DESTINATION. ANY DELAYS DUE TO USPS OR DHL EXCEPTIONS AND WEATHER-RELATED DELAYS ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN OR MISDELIVERED WE WILL OPEN AN INVESTIGATION WITH UPS OR DHL. ONCE THE INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETE, IF YOUR ITEM IS LOST IN TRANSIT OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS WE WILL REPLACE YOUR ITEMS OR ISSUE A REFUND IF THEY ARE NOT AVAILABLE. HOWEVER, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES IF AND WHEN DELIVERY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. IF THE UPS OR DHL DETERMINES THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS WE ARE UNABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES DUE TO AN INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS BEING ENTERED BY THE CUSTOMER, OR IF A PACKAGE IS SHIPPED BACK TO US DUE TO AN INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS. PLEASE MAKE SURE ALL SHIPPING INFORMATION IS CORRECT BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.
